Del Cielo | Medium Blend

This medium blend consists of coffees from Africa and Central America. Its flavor profile changes as the sip sprays across your palate. At first it hits the sides of your salivary glands with juicy notes. Those juicy notes are almost immediately muted by the smoothness of the Central American beans which take over the palate with a smooth silk chocolate like finish. 

Del Cielo or " From Heaven" is a very special coffee for us. For each bag sold $1 will be donated to the Testicular Cancer Society. After trying to conceive for a full year with no luck, I paid a visit to my doctor for a full physical and evaluation. To our surprise, he found a mass on one of my testicles. After a few days of blood work, x-rays, and CT scans, cancer was confirmed and surgery was scheduled. Shortly after my recovery we were blessed to find out that my wife and I were expecting our son, Adriel Anthony Del Real. Fast forward a few years, I remain cancer free and have been able to father two children. To all men out there, please check yourselves. Don't be shy, don't be scared, don't make excuses.
